
Total Body Wellness
All TRIBE wellness programs include age-appropriate guided interval blocks of high and low intensity games & activities allowing kids to have fun while working hard!
In the amount of time of one program we will increase our heart rates, invite laughter, make music together, complete an obstacle course & slow our minds and bodies back down to stillness.
*This program has been used for after school programming, private event programming, summer camp sessions, teen retreats, local library events and family camp weekends.
