Laura Anneken/ Yin Yoga
Laura has practiced yoga for close to 30 years.
When she suffered a back injury and surgery was needed, yoga was and has been her saving grace!
Laura has taught Vinyasa, Chair, Gentle, Kids, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Her favorite yoga to teach by far is Yin.
She likes slowing down, giving yourself a chance to restore, and to get deeper into the physical and emotional body. She finds that this slower, quieter practice can be quite challenging for most people, especially in our ‘yang’ focused culture of constant movement.

Cyndi cultivates a structured environment for kids with enough space to feel safe, and comfortable enough to express their internal kid.
