All classes are an introduction to yoga through play as we learn and build upon sense of community, active movement, fun themed poses, games, breath work & stillness.
We might even throw in a book to encourage literacy as we move our bodies through Kinesthetic Learning. Moving our bodies as we read, helps us learn and retain information more effectively.
