No experience necessary. Both provide amazing benefits for the athlete, beginner, power lover and Yin friend.
Power Yoga- In one hour your will stretch your muscles, build strength, find your balance, open your hips, get upside down & enjoy some stillness. You will leave feeling refreshed & invigorated. Get ready to sweat!
Yin Yoga- Yin yoga in the anecdote to our yang focused culture. This slower paced practice focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body (ligaments, tendons & facia) rather than muscle tissue.
Slowing down, giving your body a chance to restore getting deeper not only in your physical body, but your emotional body.
Yin works with your meridians & deep connective tissues to clear blocked energy & stuck emotion.
Kids Classes: Embrace the fun.
Guided yoga class for kids ranging in ages 6-10 years old where we introduce & explore: yoga poses, breathing techniques & mindfulness.
All classes are geared to increase heart rates, increase flexibility, work on concentration, balance, building community and inviting stillness.
